I realized that I had forgotten to post a picture of the snazzy, brand-new studio that we spent many months (and moons!) working on. The work sucked up a lot of summer, but it was worth it! It is a joy to work in a place with lots o’ natural LIGHT, space, and TOYS. Yep, toys! And a few lunchboxes, and other highly inspirational things. Eric’s computer setup adjoins mine. You can still the see the giant oak tree outside- maintaining a view of it was a big part of our decision to practically take down the whole wall and open things up!

What a wonderful working space. And the tree is a lovely addition.
Now I want a new studio too….
…. perhaps just clearing my space up and repainting it would make a big enough difference!
I never seem to have enough storage or work surfaces!
If I plant an acorn now, I might have a decent oak tree situated by my window by the time I get around to sorting out my studio 😆

Oh! I olove it! Can I come down sometime soon?
Unbelievable studio! Wow! Makes me want to rip out my walls as well! Seeing as I’m in the basement, I still wouldn’t get sunlight… ah well, someday.
WOW!!! Love the space!!! Can I be you when I grow up!!! LOL
Holy studio! Well, now I have one other very big wish to ask from Santa! Thanks for the Bruges tip! I’ll have to visit, for sure!
