Here’s a tubby toucan that was created for Club Earth’s “Wild Tykes” line of plush animals. The sketch shows what’s needed to communicate details to a plush manufacturer. Usually, there are two or three rounds of factory samples to adjust before I get the right look in fabric. I love plush design- no mold costs, lots of flexibility. And everyone loves a softy!
